  • Mini Tumbles

    Ages: 6 - 8 years old

    Welcome to Mini Tumbles! Building on the basics from Tiny Tumbles, this class emphasizes body shapes and control while integrating foundational tumbling skills. Our expert coaches guide your child through new challenges in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Let your mini tumbler continue to grow and glow with each session!

  • Beginning Level 1 Tumbling

    Ages: 9+

    Year Round

    This beginner-level class is designed for athletes ready to dive into the basics of tumbling. Our experienced coaches will introduce essential skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge kick-overs, and round-offs. Students will focus on developing proper form, flexibility, strength, and coordination, providing a strong foundation for more advanced tumbling skills.

  • Advanced Level 1 Tumbling

    Ages: 9+

    Year Round

    Building on the back bends and kickovers students mastered in the Beginning Level 1 class, students will work on fluid back and front walkovers. Students will learn to seamlessly connect walkovers with other tumbling forms, elevating their technique. Students will also be introduced to round-off shaping to transition them into more advanced tumbling skills.

  • Level 2 Tumbling

    Ages: 9+

    Year Round

    Perfecting the round-offs from Level 1, students in Level 2 will work on refining these skills and connecting them into fluid sequences. Athletes will be introduced to standing back handsprings and begin learning to perform connected series for a more dynamic tumbling flow. This class will also introduce running tumbling, focusing on round-off back handsprings and transitioning into multiple back handsprings.

  • Level 3 /4 + Tumbling

    This combined class focuses on advancing athletes’ tumbling skills by building on the foundations established in earlier levels. In Level 3, students will focus on traveling in one direction with longer, more fluid tumbling passes. They’ll also begin incorporating direction changes into their sequences for added complexity. Flipping skills, including front and back tucks, will be introduced, with special attention given to mastering the tuck shape and using the correct muscle groups to rotate the body effectively.

    In Level 4, athletes will refine their layout shapes and work on mastering standing tucks with power, control, and grace. They’ll also focus on connecting tucks to other skills learned in previous classes, ensuring fluidity and precision in their tumbling passes.
